Four teams will battle it out in the single-elimination playoffs of the $100,000 tournament.
DreamHack Open November has determined its playoff teams following the conclusion of its eight-team GSL group stage, which saw the participants halved as the top two sides from each group progressed.
The two group winners, Spirit and Gambit, powered through their opponents to advance to the playoff's semi-finals without dropping a single map. With two swift wins under their belts, the two CIS teams will be full of confidence heading into the knockout stage, where they will face off against the second-place sides from the opposite group.
In Kristoffer "Kristou" Aamand's last tournament for the Danish team after he was recalled from his loan spell by North for DreamHack Masters Winter, AGF defeated flowskola and outlasted Apeks in Group A's decider match to secure a spot in the playoffs. In Group B, Illuminar bounced back from an opening defeat to Gambit to ease past KOVA and win a hard-fought three-map affair against Nemiga to advance to the next stage.
